Kore mo Koi no Hanashi

Long time no see. Almost two years, in fact. It's funny looking at my previous post saying that I'll "get something started in a few weeks." A lot of things have happened since I was last here, mostly negative, so I'm glad that I finally was able to get this done.

Kore mo Koi no Hanashi (This Is A Love Story Too) is a doujinshi that was released by Iwaoka Hisae, one of my favorite authors. It's just three short stories of cute fluff, so it was a nice and easy project so that I could start de-rusting.

No promises here, but I really want to revive my scanlation efforts. Hopefully this will be the first of many new projects to come.

Yup, this is it. It took almost 2 years, but this is the end. Thanks for reading.

I know I said that I would finish this series by New Year's, but it isn't a Shumi Scans project without some procrastination, now is it?

I have an idea of some other projects that I want to do, so hopefully I can get something started in a few weeks.

Merry Christmas, everyone. I hope that you're having a good day today. This is the second to last chapter of Kyou wo Aruku. If everything goes to plan, I'll have the last chapter out either on New Year's Eve or New Year's Day. I'm looking forward to finally finishing this project.

Have I ever released more than one chapter in a single month, let alone a double release? I don't think so. But I really want to finish this series by the end of the year, and I'll overcome my crippling procrastination to do it.

I decided to release these chapters together because they have a really similar format, and to be honest they feel kind of like filler chapters. The last 3 chapters are actually vaguely interconnected, so look forward to those later this month.

Well, this has been a long time coming. I did the first page at the very beginning of October, and it took me 2 months to do the rest of them... In my defense, I've been working on other projects (and also procrastinating a lot, I'll admit). Anyways, sometime in August I told myself that I'd finish this series by Christmas. Well, I procrastinated so hard that it'll be much more difficult to do than it could've been, but I know that I can do it. The last chapter will just have to come out on New Year's, rather than Christmas.

I'll see you then, all 5 of you guys that are reading this series.

I started this chapter at the end of January, but shelved it for a while because of other projects (also I was lazy, as usual). Kyou wo Aruku ended in late February at 13 chapters. The compiled volume came out in March, and I have it in my possession. It contains a new afterword by the author, which I might translate.
